1986 mallard sprinter propane

I have a 1986 Mallard I think i have a older 2 stage regulator the tank is built in when i have it on air seems to come out a small hole before the vent most of the time i can put my finger over the hole isit air or propane

If it is propane you will freeze your finger. Or at least it should be very cold. Did you notice that when they filled your tank they wore gloves?
Does it smell? Propane has a bad smell added to it so you can smell it if it leaks.

I had my finger there did not burn it it comes out all the time one place would not fill it but he never saw the regulator he said it was propane but he would not test it i went somewere lese and filled it i have not had any problem iv used it about 6 times i am going to get it replaced if i dont blow up this weekend is this pressure or air its before my vent it seems like it was replaced its not the origional one
