2005 Safari Simba overhead lighting problem

Hi I am trying to fix a lighting problem in my RV I have tested the light fixtures and they are all good but I cannot get them to power on from the switch . I pulled one down and found a yellow wire just hanging there no sign of it ever being attached . tried power source from step light to switch wires nothing .any help would be appreciated .

sorry about the levelling control pic that is another problem all lights flas and beeps when rv is put in gear . system works manual only no auto I have been verifying jacks are up and unplugging it .

it is flourescent all of but 2 interior lights are .

Hi I am updating this post , I was wrong when I tested the fixtures I tested the bulbs . all of the fixtures had bad ballasts not impossible but improbable I replaced them with leds mounted in the original fixtures worked great
