2010 32 ft Four Winds Windsport Generator issue

I have a 32 ft 2010 Four Winds Windsport Class A motorhome. Everything on it works perfect except the generator goes off while riding down the highway.
It is an ONAN RVQG5500 (55HGJAB-901D). It works perfect otherwise. It will run all day long and night without shutting off. It only shuts off when driving down the road.
Any ideas?

I suspect there's something loose, since it only occurs while the vehicle is in motion. If you mean the generator motor itself shuts off, I'd check the electrical connections to the generator's fuel pump. Or that pump, if old, might be in need of replacing, shutting down with excessive "jiggle" while driving. If, however, you mean the motor keeps running but it ceases to produce electricity, then it might be worth checking the tightness of all the wire connections in your automatic transfer switch.
