2021 Riverstone 391FSK Firefly Issues

I thought I’d share this issue in case anyone else encounters the same thing. Our 2021 Riverstone 391FKS uses a Firefly Integrations touch screen for almost all functions. Recently, we were setting up camp and extended the 2 front Schwintek slides. Next, we tried to extend the Lippert hydraulic slides but nothing happened. We tried the lights and awnings and those wouldn’t work either. We found the only things working through the Firefly was the generator start/stop, and AC’s. After checking all the fuses and breakers I started reading up on the Firefly system. Our Riverstone uses Firefly’s G12 DC panel for controlling the various circuits. Our panel is located behind a sliding panel in the front storage area. The panel has a NET LED that shows the status of that board. It should be solid green, but ours was not lit. My RV dealer’s service department in Moore, OK walked me through this to get fixed. Find the single red wire (J17) in the middle of the G12 panel and pull it off the connector, then turn off the 12v power at the “salesman” switch, wait 1-2 minutes and reattach the red wire, then turn on 12V power. After doing this the NET LED showed a steady green, and restored all functionality. I searched all over Firefly’s documents and online, but never found how to do this. Hopefully this can help someone if they have this problem!
