I have a 100 watt or so solar panel on the roof with its output going to the panels regulator. From the regulator I have the output going to a battery isolator. One side goes to the house batteries and the other side goes to the coach batteries. I also have a little battery maintainer that works when I'm connected to campground power. I believe it gets its power from the coach battery being charged and transfers some of that to the chassis battery. Otherwise the coach battery is being maintained, but the chassis battery isn't getting charged while the coach is "plugged in". Maybe I should have just ran the wire from the solar panel regulator to the coach batteries. Comments?

No, after reading the comments about Trik-L-Start I decided to go with it. I exercise my generator on a regular basis so those batteries are always at a full charge.
