94 Winnebago Brave water heater

I have a 1994 Winnebago Brave. I have been living in it for about 3 months now with no hot water. I'm not getting ANY hot water out of the tank. When I turn certain valves the water pours out of the bottom of the RV.
I'm at a loss on what to do and it's driving me INSANE!!
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated..

Here is the 1994 Brave Owners Manual

Section 7 is the Plumbing System
Section 7-5 & 7-6 (roughly pages 55/56) is the DRAIN VALVE Location by Brave Model
*All drain valves should be CLOSED when using plumbing system
Section 8 is the Appliances Section 8-6 & 8-7 (roughly pgs 2/63) are for the water heater

Winnebago likes to install Check Valves in Water Heater Tank Cold Inlet AND Hot Outlet.
If water heater tank is full and Heated but no flow...check valve in HOT out (nipple screwed into tank hot port) is bad
If water heater tank does not fill...check valve in COLD in is bad (if one was used)

Water Heater Tank BYPASS valve needs to be in NORMAL position
**If you have a bypass....see section 7-5 (pg55) for location on your Brave Model

Is the tank heating? When you open the hot side of a faucet, do you get any water? If no water, old biscuit is spot on with check valve.

Does the burner light when it's turned on? The gas flame is clearly audible, particularly from outside the MH next to the drop-down panel the HWH sits behind.
