A and E Awning Tightening.

Our Awning does not go up as it should, no tension or clicking sound as we have heard others.

How do we rectify this.

Sounds like the tensioner spring has broken. Before removing awning roller from the arms I would recommend watching some videos on YouTube - there are quite a few showing how to remove and replace the spring.

Be very careful with spring removal or install. They will cause lots of injury
