Change all the starting electrics. I always did. It's cheap, it saves call backs and the customer is happy. It also saves explaining why the compressor has now burnt out.

A little trivia, the start windings can not be in the circuit longer than 4 seconds before burning out.

It works! The new capacitor makes everything work as it should.
