A/C Data Link Problems

I have a 2020 Holiday Rambler with 2 air conditioner units. Recently had to have my back data wire replaced, got the unit back, went camping, realized that neither air conditioner units would turn on. Prior to data wire being replaced, the front unit worked.

Service place says data wire replacement does not have anything to do with both air's not working.

Anyone have some suggestions how to get air to work?

Did they turn off the breakers to the a/c units to work safely on them? Might just need to turn the breakers on.

We did check that the breakers were on - did not check if the breakers were good. It is back at the repair shop, fingers crossed it is something simple like maybe loose wire? Who knows. Thanks for the suggestion
