A/C Replacement

Think the roof a/c is going south. Some days it works ok and other days and some nights it will trip the breaker. I can't determine what brand it is, the bolts that hold the cover on are stuck and won't budge. The rig had a Coleman Mach thermostat in it when we bought it. There is a Dometic manual as well as installation instructions for a chill grill cover also Dometic brand. I am wondering how difficult it would be to convert it to a Coleman 15 thousand btu......
Mine is ducted, so would I have to change the air phlegm out? I know in extremely hot weather roof top a/c have a hard time to keep up. We are in south Florida and it is hot and humid

The roof AC units are interchangeable. The hurdle will be if your coach has an automatic controller that cycles the AC via a program. If it is a simple thermostat it will not be a problem to swap the roof unit. I recommend having a pro do the work, you do not want to poke a hole in your roof moving these things around.

could just be needing a good cleaning. I assume if the screws will not come out that the coils have not been cleaned in a while.
