A/C send and return partition

Hello all, new here and new to living in a camper. I purchased a 2005 Hornet 31fls and trying to fix some of the issues with it. This problem was low on my list of things to sort out, but now I have time to address it. It is with the inside part of the A/C. The insulated partition that keeps cold air blowing through the vents is worn and undersized because most of the black foam around it is missing and leaking badly to the return. I want to replace it and foil tape all the cracks. Is this a something i can order or is it homemade? Where would i look to find it? I have no clue as to the manufacturer. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

PS: was reading a thread where a member had videos on this issue, but could not locate them and thread was too old for me to reply to.

I'm not familiar with your set up, if all you need is foam and tape. The big box hardware stores carry this type material. Sounds like you've closed a few gaps before, no different and you'll probably have a better finished product than original. You can also typically find similar or exact replacement material on amazon. I did read somewhere not to use hvac mastic on RV
