A/C shutdown

We were traveling home with the AC units running. We crossed an extremely rough bridge and both AC units shutdown after tripping both 30 amp breakers on the generator. I reset the breakers and attempted to start up the AC. Both units fans started up but when the compressors attempted to start the generator bogged down and eventually both breakers tripped.

The rear unit has started running normally but the fwd AC units continues to start fan but shuts down when the compressor attempts to start. Power source at storage facility is 30 amp but no circuit breakers trip.

Units are Coleman heat pumps installed in a Winny.

Check for loose wiring connections in the generator electrical junction box. If it is OK there, check the wiring in the transfer switch. What other loads do you have on when testing the ACs?
