We have a Cedar Creek, 2018 38FLX this weekend we lost a climate control zone. it has a Dometic Comfort Control Center II Thermostat. We woke up to an E1 error, i did a reset and know i only have Zone two. It will not show zone one at all.
I have ordered an new thermostat hoping this is the problem. Any one have any issue like this.

Was the " E1 " error accompanied by " Zone one " before you did the reset ?
When the CCC II is powered up after a reset it will only show appliances that have power to their control boards .
Have you checked all 120 volt circuit breakers and 12 volt fuses related to air conditioning and furnace operation ?

I took the AC Cover off when i got home, I found the communication cable for he thermostat. clean, greased and reconnected and everything is working again. thanks for the advice on your end
