AC compressor cycles but fan runs constant

I have a 1999 Pace Arrow with 30 amp shed system. AC's work great other than the fan does not cycle in either ac with the compressor. Both compressors seem to cycle when temp is reached but the fans run continuously. If I manually increase temp setting at thermostat the fan will turn off. Once coach temp increases enough to call for ac, the cycle starts again.
thanks

That's the way mine works ... like a car dash air. Fans run regardless of whether the compressor is running when set-point is reached.

I think it behaves differently if set to "auto" but I really can't remember since I don't use "auto".
