My search only turned up round, flexible ducts. If it's rectangular and is in straight runs, you could buy a sheet of plastic and cut and fold your own.

Shop Parkland Plastics 8-ft Plastic Wall Panel at Lowes.com

When I saw your first posting request, I thought it'd be a simple search. Turns out, plastic ducting is used in the U.K. and the rest of the world, but not the U.S. The largest supplier I've found is in the U.K. Group Home | Polypipe

I suggest you contact an RV manufacturer that you know uses this type of duct work and see if they'll tell you their supplier. I even searched Elkhart, IN supply houses and turned up nothing.
