AC System not working

Recently purchased a 2005 Keystone Cougar 278EFS. Owner stated A/C worked great the day before. We didn't try it there since heavy rain moving in and we were 4 hours from home. We have the Dometic system with the noterious IR0101 remote thermostat and ceiling mounted receiver. Put new batteries in the remote and the system still won't respond. T-stat has full display but the receiver has no green lights or beeps when hitting the on button. Any help would be appreciated.

I failed to state that the entire A/C and furnace system (CCC) doesn't turn on. I have no lights at the receiver but the remote (with new batteries) shows all the correct displays and appears to be operating. It appears the receiver in the ceiling won't turn on manually or with the remote. I've cycled the breaker several times but nothing happens. Does anyone know if the receiver is powered by a fuse? I can't tell. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Dometic CS disappeared on me after 2 days.
