I don't know if it would be something that is hard wired in or if it could work with bluetooth and batteries. "Wired in" sounds expensive, but maybe not.
This forum has so many members that share so much information, if there is a product/solution out there, I am sure to find it here.
Our next motorhome will have the feature from new.

There are some options. First I would want to know if you currently have a Keyless Entry System on your coach to start with. If so what brand and model number is it?
It may already be capable of locking/un-locking the basement doors with some configuration changes.
The actuators themselves are going to be pretty simple automotive door lock actuators. You will have to find a space to mount them close to the current key operated actuator. You then piggy bag the electric one to that rod/setup (assuming there is room). You may have to fabricate items to make your particular configuration work.
Here are some actuators:

If have a keyless entry system and your keyless entry system in incapable of handling basement door locks you can get a whole aftermarket system like the following:

If you DO NOT have a Keyless Entry system currently you may consider getting one that is designed for RV/Motorhomes. Like ones from TriMark. They can handle Keypads, Remotes (various kinds), entry and basement doors. Example:

If you go the TriMark route or you have a TriMark system you should contact them and speak with Kevin. He's great to deal with and can help you figure out what components you should need for the job.
As for a completely wireless system; I've never seen any item. Actuators require 12VDC and reversing the polarity changes the direction of actuation.
Good luck!
