Anyone know of-Splendide Ariston Washer & Dryer in Thor Tuscany

We have a 2014 Thor Tuscanby equipped with the Splendie Ariston stackable washer & dryer combos and the washer shakes the whole RV when in spin cycle and the dryer is so noisy you have to sit outside when drying. Is this commmon? Any help would be appreciated before we take it in to mechanic to check. If normal we'll justd eal with it. Thanks.

I have the Ariston units in my Magna. No problems with the noise and shaking in my rig. My dryer is a 240 volt unit and the rig is pretty heavy too.

Does your washer have Low Spin button? We've got the combo unit & it has one.

Yep....Its driving my wife nuts, I find something to do outside. Research says the motor bearings on the dryer, which can be replaced. I am not looking forward to that job. As far as the washer, she try's to load lightly but that doesn't always help when the spin cycle hits.

Your experience sounds, and feels, a lot like ours. We're leveled on air bags so we feel a lot more shaking during the spin cycle than those leveled by jacks. As for the dryer sound, it is said to be the motor bearings. The only thing that sounds worse is the job that it is getting the dryer out of its closet, torn apart, and getting it back into the closet! I close our bathroom and bedroom doors to reduce the noise in the living area or we just take a walk while it's on.
