UPDATE....Well, something bad has happened to this Company. They seem to have zero employees, just one man and his son. No response to inquiries, phone or email.......Slick web site, works great! Clue.....Only email contact! Don't buy from them....Look for another supplier.....Rook

Is there something special about Baldwin filters? I can buy a Wix 2qt oil filter and a good air filter for ~$40 everyday for an 8.1L.

In the last 2 months I've had 2 bad experiences with two separate websites that allowed me to purchase with Paypal.

I would assume that Paypal screens these outfits as they set up account, but you know what happens when you assume. One of my orders was already refunded, the other is still in the "checking" stage.

From now on the website has to have good contact information & a quick check on my part to make sure they are legitimate, looking for bad reviews or complaints.

I've done business with that company since 2008 both in person and internet with no problem. But this last purchase blew it.

I ordered an Atwood Circuit Board on August 20, 2020 and received it today (August 24, 2020). I'm probably at least 1500 miles from "getrvparts", now if that isn't pretty good service I do know what is. I bought it off eBay, "getrvparts" has over 29,000 sales and a positive feedback of 98.3%. In all of dealings with eBay that's not too bad either. Maybe I was just lucky?? Oh yes, I used PayPay as well.

IMO 98.3% on ebay is terrible. I won't buy from anyone less than 99.5.

In August 2020 I ordered some parts for fridge, they were late arriving by weeks however cant blame them for Postal issues, After opening the package the plastic shelves were all broken from poor handling of the order, after several attempts to contact getrvparts,
I made contact with a live person, the communication issue was there e mail is
getrvparts@gmail.com, thats what I was told!!
The person took my info and shipped a complete new set of shelves without question, I was impressed after all the negative feedback, hope it works in the future for others.

I ordered a valve cover gasket and breather/pcv valve for my Onan 4KY from getrvparts a few days ago, because they were the only place were that listed as having the valve cover gasket in stock at the time.

Never ordered from them before, and normally I'll do a quick search on a company before I order from them. I panicked a bit when I searched after I ordered and stumbled across this thread and noticed the BBB rating.

Not sure if it means they're free from issues, but the parts arrived today, on time.

After reading this thread and seeing the BBB rating, I'm not sure I'd order from them again -- but I had no issues for this order.
