My first guess is that the circulator pump on the Aquahot for that zone is not working or it is air bound. If they changed your fluid during the recent service then air bound is more likely.

What Chargerman said.

You can look at the LEDs on the controller board to see if it is calling for the rear pump to run. If it is, then pull the cover to see if the pump is running. If not, then cut power to the controller board, wait a minute, reconnect power, and see if it reset.

Do the mid-2010's AquaHots still have the check valves in the outflow lines at the unit? If so, I heard that those could stick. However, in 15 years with our '06 Dynasty we never did have that happen to us, and we lived in it almost 45% of the time! If it isn't a check-valve issue, like "Chargerman" and "bentjm" have suggested, it's either the pump not running or not pumping for that zone, or the control board is not telling it to run.

I would imagine they still have check valves.

None of mine have ever stuck either, but apparently you can give them a soft tap with a small hammer or something to unstick them.
