Aqua Hot

We have a 17 Monaco Diplomat with Aqua Hot system. It has always been temperamental but now we are in the colder climate of Arizona and have issues with the heat. The system will work all day and not work at all at night. The water heating is not usually a problem just the heat. The unit was serviced in January and was taken to a certified Aqua Hot location yesterday. They put it through all the tests and could find nothing wrong. Last night same issue, worked fine until bedtime, went off and never came back on. Temp in coach this morning in the lower 60s. At the suggestion of the Aqua Hot tech and in the middle of the night we went outside and unplugged the unit and shut off battery power for a reboot. The AH came on for a short time and then off again. This morning after being up for about an hour it came on.

We also called Firefly about wiring issues. They did not believe the wiring was a problem due to the randomness of the problem. We are at our wits end.
Has anyone had similar issues?

Roger Berke is a great source for help - and may be able to help with a referral to a nearby tech who really knows what they're doing.

Recommend you note what lights are lit / not lit when the system is working well - and then the same when not working. The AH tech help line can be helpful and the AH website has some great manuals.
