Aqua-Hot 450 DE5 zone two not working

We have a 2006 Newmar Dutch Star 4320 that had Dometic Penguin II 15,000 BTU With heat pumps, with 5 button thermostat. The back unit was acting up and was going out so dumb us we took it to Camping World and told them to replace both units since they were probably original units, I was not going to just replace one. They ordered new unit’s but they ordered Coleman units, they tried for Two weeks to get them to work, and they couldn’t, so they took them off and ordered Dometic Brisk single zone unit and tried to make them work, they installed a new Dometic 10 button thermostat and all but could not get them to work because the units where single zone, so we was about ready to leave for a 8 month trip I told them to put the old ones back on, And at the same time we had the Aqua Hot replace because of no heat well found out the heat side was cut open and left open so the installed a new AHE-450-DE5 with a new 2.0 reporter. Now we have Heat in Zone One but not in zone Two, I can turn it on manually but will not turn it on by thermostat. Since they had to go with the 2.0 reporter they had to use a wiring adapter. The reporter shows zone One on but shows zone Two off when both zones are set at 89 degrees and the Aqua hot on. We ended up having to replace both Dometic Penguin II down the road with new ones, both units the dip switch for the Aqua Hot is turned on. So where do I need to start looking to get zone Two to work
Thanks James
