Aque Hot Leaking Boiler Club

Update I went back and added 8oz. more have had it on now for about 2 weeks or more, in the last 4 days all I have got is a tiny Puddle, looks like maybe 8 to 10 drops in the corner of my 4 gal drain pan not close to an oz. Ok I am shutting the AQ down for now Temps are above Freezing for a while. Ok Ben (by the amount of Post) looks like you are the President of the AH Boiler Club with Keith in second Comand, I will let your 2 vote to see if I can get out of the Club. I will let everyone know any updates on this Good or Bad, Thanks everyone for the help

Sorry Jim, I'm passing on the torch as well!

Put a bottle of Irontite in 3 days ago. I've run the burner about 4hrs each day.

Not a drop coming out of it !!

Going by the size of your boiler system, I would have added two more bottles to yours.

This is copy & pasted from your model service manual.....

Remove the Aqua-Hot’s Radiator Cap and pour 15
gallons of a 50/50 solution of water and antifreeze,
reference figure B1.

Pretty sure that figure doesn't even include the roughly 3gal in the lines and heat exchangers.
