Aqua hot leaking when adding fluid

Since we have owned our 14 Tiffin Bus the recovery tank has always show low on fluid but worked fine. Because it worked fine it always fell down the list of things to do on the coach. This week I decided to fill the tank to the proper level and when I did, it promptly leaked on to the ground of the campsite we are in. The unit is a 450 diesel.

I did some research and it seems the hose from the fill tank to the Aqua hot is the first place to check. I have looked at the various service and install manuals from Aqua hot and can't seem to trace this hose.

Can anyone tell me where the hose enters the aqua hot system. The way mine is laid out, it is not easy to get to. From the passenger side of the coach I get to the one side that has the pumps and annual maintenance items, from the drivers side, behind the electric cord reel, I get to the back of the unit. I have shoulder problems which limit my movement so any help before I get into this would be appreciated.

At the filler neck. That is not a pressure bottle, it's an overflow bottle. The aquahot has a radiator cap. When the pressure pushes it open it can take or add to the bottle.
