Aqua-Hot not heating zones 2 and 3

The Aqua-Hot only heating zone 1, blowing only cold air in other zones. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you

Bill the RV,

Check the pumps for zone 2 and 3

if they are not pumping hot fluid then you will only get cold air. If someone was using the wrong fluid for the aqua hot it will eventually break down the insides of the pumps.

Hope this helps, Any other questions feel free to ask me

Thanks,

You likely have a bad pump for those zones. Look for the maintenance manual for Aquahot. It has troubleshooting info.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Wish I could help but not familiar with that system! Have fun and keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Take the cover off of the Aquahot unit and see which pump has a cold output. Now check to see if there is a red light for one of the pumps on the status panel. If there are no red lights for the pumps try giving a controlled tap to the check valve which is located towards the boiler tank before the circulation pump. These check valves can stick and prevent fluid circulation. Should be one or the other, bad pump or stuck check valve.

I had this and posted on it. Likely stuck valve, give them a tap with a wrench, see posts on Newmar forum.
