Atwood 8531 heater with no "CLICK"

1994 Wilderness 30R using an Atwood 8531-III, I just bought it used. AC works fine, but when I switch over to heat, no click in the ceiling. When I go to the safety switch on the Atwood I have 12V going in and out, when I jump 12v to the motor wire it runs fine. And if I put 12V to the blue wire on the time delay relay that's mounted to the furnace front. The heater kicks on and works perfect. So does that mean I need a new time delay relay or a relay somewhere up in the ceiling. I pulled out the AC board and its a 7330A321. Do I need to replace that AC board or is there a different relay in the roof elsewhere for the heat?

DC from fused source goes to Circuit Breaker (RED) AND sends DC TO thermostat (Blue) Time Delay Relay

Time Delay Relay gets 'energized' by DC coming back From thermostat (Blue) to Relay
DC Heats an internal coil that allows the DC to go to Fan Motor (RED)

Blue wire AT TDR should have DC >>>>opposite terminal to Ground (Motor Ground/DC Ground Block....could be Black or Yellow)

Got DC on Blue FROM thermostat.....bad TDR
No DC on Blue from thermostat...bad thermostat
*Jumper RED at thermostat to 'W' terminal....furnace should start
