Atwood He 0601 refrigerator, works on gas , not on AC

Fridge running on AC 2 days ago. Went in yesterday to check red light on and beeping. Switched it over to gas. I can feel the freezer getting cold. Fuse looks good, unplugged fridge at its outlet and plugged in hair dryer. Dryer works so electric to outlet. Any ideas on why not working in ac mode?

Welcome to iRV2

Do you have an owners manual for the fridge ?

Does it have a troubleshooting section ?

First guess is a 120 volt heater failure .

AC Power cord plugs onto the lower circuit board at J9 (HOT) & J11 (Neutral) terminals
Directly above J9 is a 3A AC Fuse....test fuse not just visually look
*fuse could be blown/fuse clips could be loose etc

In AC Mode....
AC goes thru the 3A fuse and then to AC Heater Element via leads connected to J12 & J13 terminals
*Above 3A AC Fuse is a Relay that closes to send AC to element

AC Heater Element is 120VAC 325W Element at 2.7A when energized
Resistance s/b 44ohms

So either
Bad 3A AC Fuse
Bad Element (Atwood 14044)

Less common....bad relay (requires new circuit board) (Atwood 14002)

Atwood HE Series were only in production 2012 ... 2016
Dometic acquired Atwood in 2014 and quickly moved to get rid of Atwood HE series fridge.
No support/production after 2016
There are NO replacement circuit boards
May still find a replacement Heater element....325W 120VAC is common fridge element
