I just sent my controller and keypad to Control System Labs to have them checked out. Over time, it became more difficult to get the system activated. Finally, nothing. They will check the parts out and let me know which part(s) needs repair/rebuild.

I went on Control Systems website, they seem to be pricey, 1500 to fix the controller seems a bit high, or am i reading it properly.

I received my items (Atwood Level legs keypad and controller) back from Control System Labs. Apparently, there was an issue with the keypad that required repair. The cost for this was roughly $350.00, which included shipping. Let me tell you, after I installed the parts and tried the system I immediately called them… the system worked perfectly! I mean, as soon as I pressed the on button the system activated. Going through the leveling was faultless. As mentioned earlier, when we first got the coach I always had to “manipulative” the buttons - press them repeatedly and/or rotate the pressure. Now, it finally works like it’s supposed to. The money paid, along with the warranty is well worth it and far less that replacing the system. In speaking with Amanda (Control System Labs), she indicated the crew would be happy to hear my appreciation for their work. She also mentioned they can check and repair other rv electrical components as well. Something else I received, but didn’t expect, was a folder full of Atwood parts info and a full operational and troubleshooting guide. Wow! Great service
