Atwood water heater not heating on propane or electric
I have an Atwood 6 gal propane and 110 combo unit in my RV. It will fire up with a nice blue flame on propane. Propane flow has good flow but will not heat any water. I've purged the air from the tank, replaced thermal fuse, checked bypasses, checked small 2 amp fuse on the front of unit and in coach, replaced Eco and Tstat and cleaned orifices as best as possible.. what could be the non heating issue and what should I look for next? It fires and ignites fine but will not go any further. I replaced the circuit board with the Dinosaur UIB64 and shows red light on propane side and working fine, still no heated water from faucet on either gas or electric. All coach switches lit and working. 09 Winnebago View

Check to be sure the water heater is not in bypass mode. If it's okay, check the shower on the outside (if there is one), to be sure it is turned off, not just by the flow stop button (that makes it act as if it were a bypass/recirc)

If burner lights and continues to burn, then it is heating water. Test by opening over pressure valve found near the burner. Just release a little water and feel its temperature. Be careful not to burn yourself. If no water comes out, tank is empty.

Do you mean the burner ignites but does not continue to burn, or do you mean it continues to burn for a while?
I replaced the circuit board with the Dinosaur UIB64 and shows red light on propane side and working fine,
There are many possible red lights. The board may have a red light. The inside switch may have a red light. There may be a red light inside that indicates failure to ignite.
The process:
Start with a cold tank of water.
Turn gas switch "on".
It may have a brief delay.
Igniter starts snapping
Gas valve opens
Burner ignites
Flame sensor reports heat
Flame continues until water reaches preset temp.
If gas fails to ignite or flame sensor fails to detect heat,
Gas valve will close.
Control board resets and tries to light again.
It goes through the whole start process up to 3 times.
After three tries, it locks out and turns on a "DSL" red light inside.
Where does your system stop working, or does it go through this process normally?

...... still no heated water from faucet on either gas or electric.
No heated water from faucet?
As in 'no water flows'?
As in 'water flows but is not hot'?
No water flows..........check valve in water heater tank has failed
Winnebago likes to install check valves in Hot out AND Cold in
So pop open T&P Relief Valve and check that WH Tank has water
YES tank has water.......then HOT Out check valve has failed
As in 'water flows but is not hot'
WH Tank BYPASS Valve is still open allowing cold water into hot water line
OR...exterior shower is not closed using the hot/cold knobs. Both open allows cold/hot to mix giving luke warm water thru out RV hot lines

Burner ignites and continues to burn, it just seems as if the water doesn't go any further than that

Thank you, I am at my wits end, I was thinking that there has to be a plumbing issue, as the water seems to heat up and not travel any further through the system. I bought my rv used and have never had any hot water.

As I posted above. Open the outside grill covering the water heater. There is a valve there with a small lever on it. Lift that lever to vent a little water. If no water comes out, then there is no pressure inside or there is no water in there.
Did some water spray out?
Is it hot?
I see you live in Maryland. The weather freezes there. Have you ever winterized your plumbing system?
