Visone currently does not have the unit I need in stock. He did say to call every week and check since they are always getting fresh vehicles coming in.

One just needs to separate the drawn pan/components from the tank. Snip the sela rings from around the combustion port and exhaust port.

The tank is not fit to be repaired. I borescoped the inside of the tank and it is obvious why this happened in the first place. It's bad. The replacement tank that I need is no longer available and I have not been able to locate one on a shelf anywhere. (part # 91028)

Replacing the unit itself isn't a big deal normally. The issue in my case is extensive body work will be required to put any other brand of WH in my rig since it is behind the basement compartment door and the exhaust flue passes through the door itself.
