Bad leak somewhere around H2O heater

I have a leak somewhere around my water heater and am unsure how to proceed . I have access to it and dont see any leaking but its there. I re-established the air gap with no change...2007 Holiday Rambler 37 RLQ Pres Suite... Any suggestions? Leaking water does not feel warm to touch

Probably more water intrusion from the outside. Start by pressurizing the water system to see what happens. Then using a leaf blower you can pressurize the entire trailer. Then you can use soapy water solution on all seams to check for air bubbles.

Check the inlet fitting on the rear of the tank. They are designed to be hand tightened and will work loose. Don't ask how I know.
