Batteries not charging

Hi all, I’ll try to be brief. Have a magnum me2512 in my 96 executive. It will not charge batteries when on shore or generator. Batteries bought 6-22 and have 4 230 ah gc. Have checked connections to batteries and all good and have no power issues in coach but have to hook up external charger every few days. What I have done.
Checked connections, done soft reset many times and done many hard resets as well. Have an ac overload fault that shows on my panel any time I take the charger off standby. As long as I leave it in standby mode no problems. Could it be the 300a fuse between batteries and inverter? Or is my inverter shot. Wanted to check the fuse but I’ll be darned if I can find it. Everything I’ve read says it should be within 18-20 inches from batteries but it is not there. Anyone with a Monaco dp around that year and can tell me where to look please.

The magnum me2512 is an inverter/charger. Does any of your AC work when there is no shore power or generator. If so, the inverter half is working and your connection between the magnum and the battery is good.

You need a voltmeter to test the charger section. Measure the voltage at the battery with no shore power and again with shore power. With shore power the voltage should be greater.

Unless you have two separate issues (unlikely to occur at the same time), the ATS, wiring from it to main 120 VAC breaker box and the connections in the breaker box is where both shore power and generator share commonality.
