Black pipe too low to drain black tank

I always have issues dumping my tanks at most campgrounds due to the drain pipe being too low. Usually we have to walk the hose up a slight incline from the outlet.
There are pictures below.
I am thinking of raising it a bit and it looks like we have the room to go maybe 2-3 inches. It currently sits 3 1/4 inches off the ground at the outlet.
To raise it up I plan on replacing one of the 90 degree elbows and just rotating it a bit to get the angle I want.
The issue is with the grey tank connection. I'm not sure what to do there. Anyone have any ideas?

If that install was on my toy hauler, I would have hit something and ripped it clean off by now. Fast dump and run as they say.
Any height above where you are now will help, be careful not to created a pocket for the waste water to pool in. The grey tank line could be raised a little too, but again not creating pocket issues.

Yeah. I think the hardest part is replacing some of those grey tank fittings. Not really sure where to cut them for a straighter connection to the blade valve.
I hope to raise the outlet 2-3 inches higher. I'm pretty sure the slope will be ok.

Trying not to use a Fernco fitting if I can.
