Black tank

We have a 2008 20 ft Pleasureway camper van purchased 1 yr ago. Apparently the previous owner had not properly flushed the black tank which probably sat for 2 - 3 yrs. Have recently added more enzyme than suggested & driven 1,000 miles with no results. Also added detergent soap. Suggestions?

4 lb box of borax 1/4 cup of dawn, 7 gallons of water, 1/2 hour city drive, lots of turns, those are 50 gallon tank amounts, size accordingly.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We’re sure glad you joined the gang here!

If all else fails, use a pressure washer with a Jetter nozzle!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
