Blower motor for older SF-25 furnace -- NBK vs MC?

Have an older Suburban SF-25 (pre - 012106952 S/N) with a noisy blower motor I'm looking to replace. (Rattles when shutting off.)

There seems to be two manufactures for the replacement motors -- NBK, like this one:

Anyone know if one is better than the other?

Here are the part numbers for your model.

Suburban Part# 231706 Motor Assembly (SF-20/25/30)
Suburban Part# 350123 Room Air Blower Wheel
Suburban Part# 350128 Combustion Wheel

Just google "Suburban XXXXXX" <-- Replace Xs with the Part Number.

I believe your eBay links are the correct motor.

As a repariman, I change a lot of motors. I have always used the MC motor because that's all I see. The NBK may be something new on the market. I would feel comfortable using either motor.

Thank you! I've ordered the NBK since it has faster shipping. I'll repot back how well it works after I get it installed.

NBK motor seems okay, though maybe a touch louder than I had expected.
