I installed one of these RV Airflow units on our Dometic Brisk 2. Yes, it did seem to help with the airflow. But I found the downside is that it is a rigid foam insert, and your ductwork needs to line up exactly for the highest efficiency. When I installed ours I had trouble getting it to line up perfectly. Again, it did seem to help but was a bit of a pain. Check out koolrv.com. They have a similar product, but uses flexible connections to the ducts so things match up easier. It is also much cheaper than the RV Airflow product - less than 1/2 the cost. I installed the KoolRV product in another air conditioner and really like the way it fit and seems to work well improving airflow.
