Brisk II AC Problems

Hello. Not sure where to go to start a post. I'm beside myself with this New Brisk II that I purchased. I can't get it to run, and thermostat is throwing an E1 error code. Not sure if wiring at control box is correct.

What was the problem with the original air conditioner?

It's was the original 1991 Penguin..wasn't holding a charge. I opted to install a new unit. Dometic Brisk II. The control kit box is not communicating with the thermostat. Throwing E1 error codes. I reset the thermostat. Everyone seems to think it's the control box. They tested a/c by jump starting it and it works. I am in a very remote place and there seems to be no authorized service around. I'm going to salt lake tomorrow to pick up another box. Pretty sure it's wired correctly

You may have a loose connection. Check the connections on the thermostat.
