Can anyone explain my electrical Mystery?
2018 HR M29
Electrical system (House) has been upgraded in May by licensed electrical shop to Lithium 12V 200Ah, incl. lithium converter and DC to DC charger and runs on Renogy batterie monitor. Everything works great on the road or if on shore power. However, now I am in storage (heated garage) and plugged into basic 110V to keep everything going, but the on board PMS doesnt recognice the 110 V Service and displays "No Service" and the House is dead.
But the batterie monitor shows that the batterie is 98% and and on 198Ah?
After I start the engine, everything is back to normal.
My on board PMS is a Midi Power Control System from Precision Circuits System Inc.

Did you confirm the outlet is working? Wired correctly?
If not, that's where I would start...

Let me see if I understand what you are saying. Is your main problem that you don’t appear to have any 120V service when connected to shore power? How are you connected to shore power? 50Amp/2 leg service, 30Amp single leg service or 120V/single leg 20 (or 15) Amp service? Are you using a dogbone adapter and/or any kind of external surge protector?
Do I understand you to say that if you start the coach Diesel engine that you then have 120V power showing at your Precision Circuits panel? That would be weird.
One thing is for sure and that is that until you have some kind of AC to run the battery charger you don’t need to even worry about your battery state. But even so, if you have no shore power or generator power why isn’t your inverter powering the house AC loads and also you say the coach is “dead”, why aren’t the batteries at least powering the lights?
I am very confused but that’s not uncommon.

doesnt recognice the 110 V Service and displays "No Service" and the House is dead.
This indicates as posted above that the 15 amp shore power service is dead. Test shore power outlet for power.
The manual for one model says you must manually set the 15 amp 120 volt service mode. It will auto-detect the 50 amp 240 volt mode, but it cannot detect between 30, 20, or 15 amp modes.
Post model number for better advice.

"While on the above 30A Display, the Select button is pressed to move to either 20A, 15A, or 30A service, to match the power source the RV is plugged into, i.e. at a state campground, or at the house. The Midi-PCS operates the same as above, except the current limit is adjusted to match the power source."

Thank you all and I followed your advice and first checked the outlet, and I also removed my RV surge protector that I used to plug into this outlet and who would guess it, everything is working now. However, I am still not sure why the surge protector was the problem as it was always working perfectly at the campgrounds.

Bad surge protector or it was trying to protect you from a bad power source...
Did the surge protector indicate a problem?

this is just a wild guess.
is the power at the storage facility on all the time? i have read about some storage facilities that only provide power for a few hours per day per outlet.

Southwire 34931, two years old and it tested out fine, but I found that the dog bone adapter (never had to use it before) is faulty and only works intermittently by twisting it back and for. I bought it a few months ago to have it if visiting my daughter's house and guess I have to throw it out or try to replace it at Camping World.
Thanks again.

it wouldn't surprise me if your local walmrt has an adapter in stock.
