Can I used propane Regulator with NPT HOSE by just removing the flarednpt adapters?

I bought a new gas regulator and it did not come with the gold fittings that are flared. I have an extra set of hoses that fit it without the adapters. Can I use this? Or do the adapters serve a purpose?

As long as the hose is rated for propane. How it connects is not important only how it is sealed at the threads.
I assume the hose is a moulded hose and not one that bubba next door dreamed up in the wood shed.

It’s a hose designated for RV just npt instead of fnpt

This should give you a better uderstanding of the various fittings used for propane....

Yes you can use the 'npt' vs 'fnpt'
provided the hoses are HIGH PRESSURE Rated (going to be used on high side of regulator correct??)

I noticed these hoses are fully hollow and will only be sealing at the threads. The others have a little hole like the one in the regulator
