Carthage TX Repair Company

We blew a hydraulic hose on our Lippert levelers. Thor had installed the hoses so that they were rubbing up against the steel frame. Needless to say, road vibration rubbed a hole through the hose at 10,000 miles.

Called Billy and Toni at B&T RV Repairs. Billy came out the same day, confirmed the problem, and replaced with a real hydraulic hose and got everything working properly.

They were a pleasure to work with, dealt with the warranty company directly. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing RV service in the Carthage / Marshall Texas area.

Thanks to Lippert

A big thanks to Lippert for honoring their warranty. We received a check for the full repair amount from them approx 6 weeks after the incident.

Good to see a company stand by their warranty and not take the “blame it on someone else” route.

1st problem it's a Thor.
2nd problem is, did you get under the chassis and check for rub points?
I've found more than 30 rub points on my MH. And 1 recall.
Look at hoses, cables and wiring with a bright flash lite.
Use a lot of cable ties, wire and flexible black plastic wire conduit. I'm sure rub points cause many failures and fires.
Full Timers.
