Welcome.

There should a built in or add on check water valve on/in your water pump. When it fails water feeds back into the fresh tank.
Sometimes, junk gets stuck in the valve and the pump just needs to be used to clear the valve.

Check to see that your low level drains are closed. I don't know your unit, but mine are by the water pump.
Cheers,
Ted

When that happened to me it was a failure internal to the pump that let water bypass into the fresh tank and subsequent overflow. Replaced pump and all good. Good luck.

Same here. Started as the pump cycling on and off every couple of minutes, then devolved into the fresh water tank getting filled. Dealer replaced the pump under warranty and no issues since then.
