Clogged Ice Maker Line

Dometic 4 Door Fridge with water in the door.

The ice maker line is clogged. I disconnected the line from the water valve solenoid. Verified with 120 volts to the solenoid that it would shoot out water.
Then tried to blow through the ice make line but no luck.
Appears to have a thermal line wrapped around the ice maker line. Guessing the line may be froze up.

FYI the water in the door flows just fine.

The line from the solenoid to the ice maker is always open, the thermal wire/heater wire is to prevent freezing standing water in the line, as you stated.
The water line at the ice maker is open to the plastic spout into the ice maker tray. I would try to blow reduced-pressure air backwards through the disconnected line via the ice maker spout.
