I thought these AC units were hard to find. Did he have it readily available?

They ordered it...took one week to get in. It was a brand new unit still in the shipping box when the tech arrived to install.

It seems a bit less noisy than the one it replaced (although none of ours are really noisy...they are all ducted which helps immensely with noise). Getting 18F drop, which is good for these little units.
