Coleman Mach A/C's have a mind of their own

I have 2 rooftop AC's on my 1998 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 36B. The Fwd AC does start consistently but not right away it just hums at first (No fan Spin). I have to turn it off and on and the fan only starts on high cool after a couple minutes. Rear AC only starts on high cool but sometimes the fan doesn't start at all just hums. I have swapped changed all the capacitors on the rear AC. Still operates the same. Both compressors come on consistently. Considering changing the motors. Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this issue.

The forward AC needs new caps too. For the rear AC, check the wiring getting there. What's the voltage? It should be no less than 108 Vac.

Thanks for your response. Same thing happens when I run the generator. Will check voltage.
