recommendations on what to replace the converter with that will be best for gel batteries and lithium batteries? 200 fleetwood bounder.

Before replacing the Inteli power, test it.

See page 2 of the owner's manual.

https://techsupport.pdxrvwholesale.c...ers-Manual.pdf

"The INTELI-POWER series will supply "clean" nominal 13.6 VDC power from input voltages that range from 90-130 VAC."

Measure the voltage output of the Inteli-Power.

Measure the voltage on the battery terminals.

Voltage should be identical.

If batteries are fully charged, voltage should be 13.6 volts at both locations.

If batteries are deeply discharged. Voltage may be as low as 11.0 volts. In this case Inteli-Power should be working hard to charge the batteries. Voltage at the Inteli-Power output should be slightly higher than the voltage on the batteries.

See troubleshooting guide in owner's manual.

See this note in Owner's Manual:
"Do not replace the converter unless the following checks have been performed."

Possible causes:

Positive cable to batteries is defective.
Negative cable to batteries is defective.
A battery disconnect switch is "OFF".
A fuse is blown or circuit breaker is tripped.
Entry door 12 volt switch is "OFF".

Are you leaving the battery disconnect switch ON while on shore power ?
It has to be ON to get the charge to the batteries.
