Correct size tire for a 45' Monaco Signature 2006

I'm looking at my tires and wondering. The fronts are 315's and the reads (with a TAG) are 295's.

Does that sound right for what I should have?

There should be a sticker on the wall behind the drivers seat with exact tire sizes for your motorhome. Mine is down near the floor but its a Tiffin.

Our's shows for all tires: 295/80R

Why then would you surmise that the original owner had replaced the front tires with 315's? If I had his contact info, I'd ask him.

It was sometimes beneficial to replace the front tires with larger ones if you were close to max.
Newmar did that one some models and I did it on the '02 DSDP after Newmar had Spartan replace the overloaded 12,000# front axle with a 14,600# rated unit. Came with 275/70's and I went to 305/70's on the front only
Country Coach upped the front tire size a few units before mine came off the line to support the 20,000# axle they used. I have 365/70 front and tag with the drive being 315/80's.

Some replace the front tires with 315's because they could run lower air pressure and soften the ride a little, it's a heavier duty tire. I have the 295's all the way around on mine and I have no problem with the ride or handling. It's neither right nor wrong to put 295's back on your coach if you want or you can buy 6-295's and two 315's it's your call.
