DC relay disconnect problems

New to iRV2, my problem is my coach DC is faulting I can see my lights flickering than I lose the DC, have to set it. Why does it go out, is it the relay or something different?

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We’re sure glad you joined the gang here!

Hopefully someone will be along that can help with that.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Please post make and model of your coach...

Please post make and model of your inverter/converter...

Can you give more details about the issue?
Are you plugged into shore power?
Are you running the engine?
Are you running the generator?

Some of the information is a little dated, but it is still pretty good

Most likely the coach battery disconnect solenoid going bad.
Look for a battery control center. Could be layed out like this.

While the lights are flickering, jump across the large terminals to see if it clears up. May also just give it a tap with a screwdriver handle to see if it clears up.Click image for larger version
