Disassemble/clean Solenoid in HWH Leveling System

I've got a leveling jack on my HWH 610 series leveling system that won't hold its position. I'm assuming the flow control solenoid to that jack is leaking back due to trash in the valve seat.

Rather then replace the solenoid valve has anyone tried to dissassemble the solenoid valve and successfully cleaned the seats.

No, but my 310 system is having similar problem on the rear drivers side jack. So interested if some has done a repair over replacing the valve.

There was an earlier thread about leaking solenoids on an air HWH leveling system. The writer took his apart and rebuilt them. If I recall correctly there were some pics. It also had part numbers and where to purchase the correct "O" rings for the repairs. Do a search on this forum. If you are talking about a liquid valve, I apologize. I am not sure that many small liquid valves are repairable.
Good luck and safe travels!

Thanks for the response folks. This is a Hydraulic System. I contacted HWH and was put on the call back list for from thier tech folks. I was told the wait time was more then a week, I'm on day five waiting. The questions I have:
Are these symtoms indicative of a leaking solenoid valve.
What is the part # of a replacement solenoid valve.
The Hydraulic system reservoir has no drain plug, how to clean out.
How to flush out system.
I found system filled with ATF, is this acceptable.

I would call HWH tech support. They are great guys to work with. Sometimes they are hard to reach, but if you will leave your number they will definitely call you back.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

If you can't see an external leak, then the solenoid valve is the likely problem. You could swap the valve with another to confirm.
Have you got the troubleshooting manual from HWH for your system?
Part numbers were in the download I got for my 310 system.
You would have to suck the fluid out of the tank , install new fluid , then using the pump with the lines removed from the jacks cycle the system to blow the old fluid out.
ATF, was common in early HWH systems, but they now have their own fluid.

It could also be worn O-rings in the valve rather than dirt in the system.
