Display panel flashing

I have a 1995 Monaco Windsor I have just purchase new. I have made one trip with it with no issues. But, now, when I connect the shore power up the display panel, the one where it displays the propane level, water levels, etc. it keeps flashing . has this ever happened to anyone else? If so what can be done.
Also When I am on battery power or gen power I an hear the auxiliary water pump running but cannot get any water flow.
Another question form a newbie, can you fill the water tank and travel with it full?

Just starting out, this is my first motor home so I will probably have more questions.
Thanks.

Yes, you will want to fill your fresh water tank because you will need water for using the toilet and sink while traveling. We usually only travel with a half tank unless we are going dry camping where we will need a full tank.
