Dometic AC relay board

Is there a technical service bulletin or installation directions to replace the relay board? I have a dual zone control panel, changing from 5 button to 10 button and two relay boards for the duo therm ac/ heat pump units

You should not be doing this if you don't have the first idea where to find the installation instructions!

Dometic provides all of this info handily from their website, customer support department and they can even talk you thru it on the phone.

Do you have the parts in hand?

Did you call Dometic?

I know this is a few months old but it pertains to my situation I believe.

If I understand the OP's question, they are wanting to change the old 5 button thermostat to the newer 10 button one. I am replacing my rear AC unit as it has died. I can't find the conversion kit to be able to use the old CCC thermostat with the newer Penguin 2 unit.

Are you saying you can use a newer control board on an older Penguin (Duo-Therm) unit so you can use the newer 10 button CCC2 thermostat? I called Dometic and was told this is not possible but customer service reps have been wrong before.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
